Question: A 52 year old woman undergoes resection of a 1.8 cm cerebellopontine angle tumor.  Histopathology demonstrates spindle-shaped cells with a combination of cellular and myxoid regions. The pathologist notes Verocay bodies. Staining for cytokeratin is negative. What is the diagnosis?
