Question:  An 8 year old female is referred to you for recurrent sinus infections.  Her mother brings with her a CT scan demonstrating pansinus thickening throughout the maxillary and ethmoid sinuses.  Closer review reveals thickened bone around the maxillary sinuses.  General examination shows a fatigued appearing, thin white female.  Nasal examination shows purulence in the middle meatuses bilaterally.  What is your presumptive diagnosis?  [Answer will be posted with next week's new question]
