Question: A 14 year old male is seen for evaluation of exertional dyspnea. Previous evaluation by his primary care provider consisted of a chest X-ray and pulmonary function tests, which were negative for asthma. He was nevertheless prescribed an albuterol inhaler which did not improve his symptoms. While interviewing the patient, you notice hoarseness. Laryngoscopy reveals an exophytic lesion on the left true vocal fold with normal cord mobility. What is your diagnosis? [Answer will be posted with next week's new question]
