Show Me A Sign

Question:  A 52 year old lifelong nonsmoker is referred for a left sided neck mass.  On palpation you discover a firm level III lymph node.  You refer him for a needle biopsy which reveals squamous cell carcinoma, p16 positive.  Oral cavity examination was unremarkable.  PET imaging is obtained which reveals normal tonsillar uptake in the oropharynx and normal activity in the larynx.  What is your next step in management?  [Answer will be posted with next week's new question]

Answer to last week's question, "There All Along" (August 22, 2016):

Macrocystic lymphatic malformation (previously known as cystic hygroma).
