Question: A 27 year old male is involved in an altercation with another individual who struck him in the forehead with a tire iron. On examination you note mild epistaxis and a depressed nasal dorsum and a positive bow string sign on the left. CT is obtained which shows a large NOE fracture segment without comminution.
